Today was a perfect day out for a change even if we could still complain - a bit too warm! It is the perfect time to put on the summer tee you made last year and cast on another.
This week has been both grey and sunny, chilly and also hot and humid! Let's hope we have a great weekend ahead of us where we can take advantage of it to spend it outdoors enjoying some sun while sitting and knitting or spending some time gardening.
There have been days when I am ready to wear a summer tee but then again there have been days of chilly, gray or rainy days when I am not! It is definitely time to knit some summer tees though!
This morning was grey and dreary looking so it is hard to tell if it warm outside but while the mornings and evenings have been relatively cool, the afternoons have been quite warm. Have you been wearing your summer tees and are you ready to make another?
Mother's Day is this weekend, that special day when we do everything to show our love! Well for us yarn lovers, forget the flowers because your Mom (or you) wants yarn or something related to her passion for making!
May is almost here, and while spring has been fluctuating between very warm or cold along with of rain and wind, the flowers are starting to bloom and the trees are budding and flowering!

Happy Easter Weekend! Today, the sun was shining but it was not really warm out so my fingers are crossed that we will have wonderful weather for the weekend to enjoy.
Today, it sure looks like spring outside but it is still cold and yesterday afternoon we looked out to a bit of snow! Brrr...I really can't wait for the warm weather to arrive!
It was grey and wet outside but at least we didn't get the freezing rain much of Ontario got recently. Now that spring is here and the snow is hopefully a distant memory let's get into spring yarns and knits.
It hasn't been very warm outside especially with that blustery wind and even though when it is sunny out it, it is not as warm as it appears. I am not quite ready to wear more seasonal sweaters yet but we can cast them on our needles!
