SHIPPING

Please take a moment to review our policies below. We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time and encourage you to review them whenever you use our site.

Sue2Knits is NOT responsible for errors in your address. Please make sure to enter your address properly when ordering. If you have made a mistake in your address when placing an order, please contact us immediately using the contact form. If your order has already been fulfilled before you noticed that the address was incorrect, you MUST contact your local post office and have them redirect the package. When a package is returned to us due to an address error or if it was unclaimed / not signed for / unpaid customs charges, we will refund the cost of the physical items only. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

For Free Local Pickup: Free Local Pickup can be selected in the Shipping Options.

For delivery within Canada: We ship with Canada Post and Purolator — live rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Please note that sales tax for Canadian orders applies according to your shipping address. Canadian orders come with a tracking number.

Heavy, bulky, or fragile items that require special packaging (e.g., looms, spinning wheels, umbrella swifts, certain books) are NOT eligible for free shipping at our discretion.

Canadian Orders:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $250

International Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and select international destinations with full tracking from our door to yours.

Shipping to the United States US orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. All duties and import taxes are collected at the time of shipping in compliance with US customs requirements — there are no surprise charges at delivery.

International Shipping (UK, Australia, and other countries) International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide, offering fast, reliable delivery typically in 3–5 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • United States: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • International: $75 CAD flat rate, inclusive of all duties and import taxes

Duties & Customs All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — duties and import taxes are covered. You will not be charged anything additional by customs upon delivery.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
