It wasn't very warm outside but today the sun was out and if I look in my garden out front and out back, the tulips, allium and lilies are all sprouting up their tips! Spring flowers will be here soon!
Happy Easter Weekend! Today the sun is shining but it is not really warm out so my fingers are crossed that we will have wonderful weather for the weekend!

Today is Valentine's Day and February 10th was Lunar New Year! This year is the year of the dragon! Happy Valentine's Day and Happy Chinese New Year! Are you knitting sweater weather garments or are you anticipating spring and planning your warm weather knits while you work on your wips?
With some sunshine for a change in the last few days and the still cold sweater weather that we have been having, a cozy sweater, shawl or socks make the best projects to reach for but it would be fun to cast on a Valentine's project!
It is the end of January and I want to see the end of this grey, dreary weather and to see some sunshine. Have you been staying indoors where it is warm and knitting.
Today it was foggy and wet with unseasonably warm temperatures above freezing! I for one am happy we haven't had too much snow but it is the perfect for digging out that work in progress or starting something new.
January has been a rollercoaster with freezing cold one day with blustery strong winds and rain the next so I have been knit, knit, knitting whenever I get the chance...Have you too?
