Sweater No. 9 by My Favourite Things Top Down Sweater Class
$80 – 4 Sessions plus materials
Cast on and learn all the techniques you need to make your first top down sweater! The Mellow Mood Sweater by Julia Piro is crafted seamlessly using circular needles, and it’s worked from the top down. It starts at the neckline, progressing into a yoke. The yoke is then divided to create both the body and sleeves, which are finished separately. It is a simple yet stylish top-down seamless raglan sweater.
Choose your preferred length, neckline, and fit options. As it’s knitted from top to down, you can try it on while knitting and choose the length that suits your body.
Sizes:
XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL.
Check out the chart on the photo to help you decide which size to choose. This sweater is designed with 20-25% positive ease, ensuring you’ll achieve a relaxed and comfortable fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, you can choose to knit a size or two smaller. Julia is wearing a size S and, I am 168 cm tall (5’6’’) with a 89 cm (35 inches) bust circumference.
Please take the chest measurement of a sweater that fits the way you want your sweater to fit.
We will be covering gauge, swatching, positive/negative ease, short rows and knitting using the magic loop method.
