ChiaoGoo QUADS Stainless Steel Tips - 4" (10 cm)
ChiaoGoo’s new line of QUADS TM square, stainless steel interchangeable tips, available in both 4"/10cm and 5"/13cm lengths in sizes US3/3.25 mm through US11/8.0 mm, are compatible with all CG small [S] and large [L] join interchangeable cables.
Made with the same hypoallergenic stainless steel and point design, the QUADS have the same weight and yarn glide as the round TWIST tips. Some test knitters stated that their stitch definition was more uniform, and all were pleasantly surprised to find their gauge to be the same as when knitting with the same size round tips. ChiaoGoo purposefully calibrated the QUADS to do this! Unlike other square-shaped needles, there is no need to “size up” to get the right gauge.
More comfortable to hold than a round needle due to the flat sides and rounded corners. Purposefully calibrated to obtain the same gauge as round needles. There’s no need to “size up” as with other brands. Compatible with all CG small [S] and large [L] join interchangeable cables. Recommended to use with our NEW swivel adapters for comfortable knitting.

They are an engineering marvel that allow any of their [S] or [L] TWIST interchangeable red and blue cables to swivel WITHOUT compromising the smoothness of the joins. That is right, the already beloved memory free red cables can now swivel. Any current owner can upgrade their ChiaoGoo interchangeable set with a pack of these adapters. In the case of the Blue Shorties adding a swivel adaptor on just one side can increase knitting comfort while still accommodating a small circumference project.
