Ranunculus by Midori Hirose Kit
The pullover is worked seamlessly from the top down. It is a surprisingly quick project at a very loose gauge with big size needles. The combination of thin yarn and big needle gives light, transparent and airy texture to this pullover.
Ranunculus is a round yoke pullover with lace and textured stitches.
You can choose from
- smaller boat neckline or
- wider boat neckline,
and
- short sleeves,
- long puff sleeves with diagonal cuff line or
- long puff sleeves with normal cuff line.
Sizes: One size (XS–M) in the pattern, finished bust circumference is 129 cm (50 ¾“).
Yardage: 400 m (438 yds) for short sleeves, 560 m (613 yds) for long sleeves, excluding yarn for knitting swatch.
Needles: 6 mm (US 10) circular needle as main needle 100 cm (40“) or longer. 5 mm (US 8) needle for finishing sleeve (only for long sleeves). Adjust needle size if necessary to get gauge.
Notions: 5 stitch markers, 1 for marking 'end of round' and 4 for 'raglan & center front' (I recommend to use a different color marker for end of round), tapestry needle, waste yarn, crochet hook (only for smaller neckline)
Pickup available at 12045 Ducharme Lane and is usually ready the next day.
