- Large capacity bobbin holds over 600 yds worth of worsted weight yarn
- Two yarn guides work together to create even, tangle-free cakes
- Bottom of metal base is covered with a textured rubber pad
- Clamp on tables or counters up to 2.25” deep
- Hand crank can be turned left or right to wind
How to Use
To use the Pro-Level Winder, securely clamp it to a table or counter positioned at least one foot away from a yarn swift or a partner holding a hank at tension over their outstretched hands. Remove any ties from the hank, and run one end of the yarn through the eyelet on the longer yarn guide, through the eyelet on the shorter yarn guide, and into the notches on the center bobbin. Turn the crank in one consistent direction at a steady pace until the full hank has been wound into a yarn cake. Pull the yarn from the notch and hold it as you remove the cake from the bobbin for easy access to the center yarn. The yarn cake can be knit from the center yarn or from the outer yarn.
Pickup available at 12045 Ducharme Lane and is usually ready the next day.
