Time seems to be flying by much too fast! October is half over with Halloween coming up and with Christmas just over 10 weeks away! As mornings and evenings turn chilly, it's time to reach for a great sweater!

The Vincent Pullover by Amy Christoffers is worked from the top down in the round. The yoke is shaped using short rows. After the yoke, the body and sleeves are divided and worked down separately. Adjust the length to suit your preferences by adding or subtracting rounds; doing so may require additional yardage. Please plan yarn purchases accordingly.
The stranded colourwork yoke pattern is charted. The chart is shown twice, with a light MC/dark CC and with a dark MC/light CC. Both versions of the chart are shown in a greyscale so you have the option to plan colorways with pencils or markers. Vincent was designed with a color shifting yarn for the contrast color but would be perfect for using small bits of left over sport weight yarns (like the leftovers form her Lunenburg) or mini skeins.

The Bonnie Blouse by Susanne Müller is a classic striped long-sleeve top with dropped shoulders - a versatile piece that pairs well with anything and is perfect for all seasons.
The BONNIE sweater is worked seamlessly top-down. First, the neckline is formed using short rows (worked back and forth), while at the same time, increases for the front and back are worked to the right and left of the shoulders. After that, work is continued in the round, and increases for the sleeves and body are worked. Once the increases are complete, the work is divided, and the body and sleeves are finished separately.

The sweater must have a positive ease of approx. 8 - 12 cm / 3.2 – 4.7” in relation to the body. For larger sizes, slightly less positive ease is recommended. For example, if you have a chest measurement of 95 cm, you should knit size M. With a height of 1.76 m and a chest circumference of 89 cm, I wear this sweater in size S.

The Encore Beanie by Zanete Knits is here, and it is a joyfully quick knit. It is worked in worsted weight and it flies off the needles. It is named it Encore because the moment you cast one off, you immediately want to cast on another.
The Encore Beanie is worked from the top down in worsted yarn, and it knits up quickly. The shaping happens right at the start to keep you engaged, and once you reach the full circumference you add a symmetrical colourwork band that carries on for as long as you like. Try it on as you go and adjust the length until it sits just right. Finished with a rib.
It comes in a wide size range and the colourwork is simple and repetitive, making this a great first colourwork project or a satisfying quick knit if you already know the technique.

I want my Agnes kofta by Kristin Wiola Ødegård to have a cropped length and right now it is 6.5 inches.

Last Thursday, I tried it on to see if it was ready for me to start the ribbing.

I am really slow at knitting any type of ribbing but I am finished and ready to start stabilizing the steek stitches before cutting it. I usually use the crochet method.
