It hasn't been very warm outside and mostly grey. Even when it is sunny out, it is not as warm as it appears. I am not ready to wear more seasonal sweaters yet but we can cast them on our needles!

Kvit by Teti Lutsak takes its name from the Ukrainian word kvitka, meaning “flower” — an inspiration that couldn’t be more fitting. Designed in the depths of grey winter, the pullover reflects my longing for spring and colour. The colourwork pattern combines stranded and inlay colourwork and crossed stitches. And the contrast between delicate yoke and more chunky body adds extra depth to the design.
During the release week till midnight Sunday, March 30th, CET a 15% introductory discount.
The pullover is knit top-down in the round. The pattern uses one main colour and small amounts of six contrasting colours, making it ideal for using up leftovers. It features a hemmed neckline, short-row shaping at the neck, a boxy body, and classic tapered sleeves. The yoke is worked with a single strand of fingering-weight yarn, and the body and sleeves with two strands held together.

SIZES
The pattern is written for nine sizes:
1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9) with a finished bust circumference of
ca. 88 (98, 108, 118, 128) (138, 148, 158, 168) cm //
35 (39, 43, 47, 51) (55, 59, 63, 67) in
incl. 10 cm (4 in) of the recommended positive ease.
The sample is shown in size 2

SUGGESTED YARN
Tukuwool Fingering 50g or Tukuwool Fingering 100g, The Fibre Co Amble, Garnstudio Drops Flora

SIZE
One: approx. 215 cm/84.5” long and 30 cm/11.75” deep at center.
YARN
approx. 480m/525y of any other light fingering yarn which gives you the correct gauge.
NEEDLES
3.25 mm/US #3 circular needle (60 cm/24” long), or size needed for gauge.
3.5 mm/US #4 circular needle (60 cm/24” long), or one size larger than main needle.

GAUGE
25 sts and 48 rows = 10 cm/4” in Garter stitch, measured flat after wet blocking.
The gauge is crucial on this project as the sample used an entire 120g skein. Differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage so I strongly recommend making a swatch and
adjusting the needle size as necessary. Otherwise, make sure to have extra yarn on hand.
