They are Back!! Kathy is always away from May until mid-October and Jen hasn't been back to teach since before Covid! You have been asking about classes again and unfortunately, there are never enough Saturdays. For a class to run, we need at a minimum of 4 people. Check out the ones below, they start next week as well as the ones starting later.
Cast on and learn all the techniques you need to make your first cardigan with our Magnolia Chunky Cardigan Class starts this coming Wednesday, November 1st from 1 until 3 pm! It is a soft and elegant cardigan worked seamlessly flat from the top down with a beautiful lace pattern at the bottom. This is the perfect sweater to wear layered over tunics and dresses, and waisted pants as well.
Our Learn to Knit Colourwork Hat Class starts on Saturday, November 4 from 10 until noon. We will knit the Shetland Wool Week 2023 hat, designed by patron Alison Rendall, the ‘Buggiflooer Beanie’. The hat has a distinctive design that incorporates traditional elements together with a flower motif.
Have you ever wanted to learn how to make socks and think it’s way too hard? Or been intimidated by working with double pointed needles? Learn to make socks with Magic Loop! Classes this session starting Saturday, November 4 from 1 until 3 pm.
Back in July, Camilla Vad’s beautiful Field Sweater dropped on Ravelry. Today her Field Cardigan is available! It is a soft and fine cardigan with a beautiful grain pattern on the yoke. The Field Cardigan is worked flat, top down and seamlessly. It is just perfect for every season and occasion.

My Alpine Bloom Hat by Caitlin Hunter is finished and blocked!! Great project for using up some of my The Fibre Co. Amble leftover stash!
Last Saturday, I decided to lengthen my Lace & Fade Boxy by Joji so I frogged my ribbing.
By Monday, I had a new lace section finished and had started the next stockinette section.
I have 8 more rounds of ribbing before binding off again!! This will be finished on the train to Toronto...I need to decide what to knit on the plane and the car ride back home.
I finished the Mary Jane Shoes from Removable Shoes by Julie Williams if Little Cotton Rabbits.
The little bunny that I knit my newest grandchild now has shoes to wear with her dotty dress from the pattern or her ballerina wrap cardigan!

Carolyn’s sister Gloria finished a fox, bear, panda and polar bear using Julie Williams of Little Cotton Rabbits’ patterns. They have been using Garnstudio Drops Lima and Bergere de France Ideal.
Kay (83krobbins) finished her Shallmillens Snood by Donna Smith. The 2 colour stranded knit starts with a provisional cast on, knit in the round and then the stitches at the beginning and end are grafted together to create a continuous snood.
Here our lucky Friday the 13th granddaughter at 1 day old!
