I have been so busy with a big project for my other job that I must apologize for being so late with today's blog / newsletter! I am frantically trying to get together an awesome selection to bring tomorrow.

This is the tiny bit that I put together last night...This will be fun and super exciting! I will finally be able to meet more of Windsor's extensive group of talented makers!

2 of the Sheep Carousel tea cosies that we’re made during our last Colourwork and Steeking Class! Steeking refers to the process of knitting extra stitches so that you can cut through them later. I promise, it is really not that scary! This time we will run the class Saturdays, Sept 21, 28 & Oct 12 – 1 am to 3 pm. You can register for the class HERE.

Strange Brew Colourwork Class with Paulette is starting Wednesdays, Sept 18, 25, Oct 9, 23 & Nov 6 – 1 to 3 pm for 5 sessions. Strange Brew is a great first time stranded yoke sweater project. This is a recipe style pattern with plug and play instructions so that you can create your own customized sweater. You can use the pattern to knit it top-down or bottom-up but for our class, we will knit it top-down and sport or worsted weight. Register for the class HERE.

KNIT GROUP AND GALLERY

The current Knit-Alongs are the Knit Your Any Sweater KAL and the Knit Any Shawl KAL and the Knit Your Project: the everlasting knit-along to encourage and support you to knit will run from September 1 until December 31st. I will start a new thread for you to post a picture of your finished project by replying to the thread soon. CONGRATULATIONS to Lise (Mattedcat) for winning the draw!
